Role Description

The Experienced IBDP French Language Educator will deliver high-quality French language instruction within the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, ensuring alignment with IB standards and TGES academic policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing engaging lesson plans, facilitating interactive classroom activities, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support language development. The educator will collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, participate in departmental and school-wide meetings, and contribute to co-curricular initiatives that enrich the learning experience. Additional tasks involve maintaining accurate academic records, communicating regularly with parents and guardians about student performance, and supporting students in exam preparation and extended learning projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Education and Teaching, with proven experience teaching IBDP French or equivalent advanced-level French courses.
• Demonstrated skills in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured units, formative assessments, and learner-centered activities.
• Excellent Communication abilities, both in French and English, to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Relevant degree in French, Education, or a related field; IB training or certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in international or progressive school environments, with familiarity in student-centered and inquiry-based pedagogies.
• Ability to use educational technology and digital tools to enhance language learning and assessment.
• Strong organizational skills, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices.
