As an Experienced Associate in Supply Chain Integrated Planning, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration. You will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Within our Operations practice, you will focus on driving innovation in supply chain performance management and process automation, leveraging advanced technologies to empower clients to transform their operations.

As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive analytics projects, and utilize a range of technologies to optimize supply chain performance and processes. You will support practice building activities, including team hiring and development, business development, and capability building.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance efficiency
• Developing operational strategies to streamline processes and drive business performance
• Implementing advanced analytics tools and supply chain platforms to optimize visibility and decision-making
• Driving process automation initiatives using technologies like RPA and GenAI to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver customized solutions
• Utilizing tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, and Palantir to extract actionable insights for performance management
• Conducting workshops and training sessions to transfer knowledge on new tools and technologies
• Supporting team hiring, training, and development activities to build capabilities
• Engaging in business development activities, including RFP responses and opportunity identification
• Validating that engagements follow quality standards, timelines, and cost expectations while maintaining stakeholder relationships

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
