• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in aviation or aerospace support preferred.
• Willing to work in a 24x7 rotating shift model.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a broad understanding of customer needs and ensure accuracy and timely task completion.
• Generate and file flight plans using applicable software.
• Handle Datalink Messages (uplink and downlink) and monitor aircraft.
• Analyze weather and air traffic issues and advise re-routing when needed.
• Relay weather briefings and time-critical messages to customers.
• Provide software and dashboard support to customers.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
• Build relationships and update customers on new or upgraded services.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and participate in Level 1 calls/tasks.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing on products/software.
• Operate within SOPs and document all activities.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Airspace/Tele-Communication/Navigation systems
• Knowledge of Aviation Meteorology/ NOTAM handling
• Good communication skills

• An aptitude for working with technology, flair for learning new processes.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a broad understanding of customer needs and focus on accuracy, timely completion of tasks and customer satisfaction.
• Generate and file flight plans, using applicable software
• Handling of Datalink Messages (Uplink and Downlink)
• Actively monitor customer aircraft via flight following and datalink applications
• Analyze weather and air traffic issues, and advise re-routing when necessary
• Relay weather briefings and time critical messages.
• Providing support to customers on software and Dashboard issues
• Develop a broad understanding of customer needs and focus on accuracy, timely completion of tasks.
• Clear and professional communication with internal/external customers
• Build relationships with customers and update them with new or upgraded services
• Trouble shooting on various customer issues
• Active participation in Level 1 calls / tasks.
• Carry out User Acceptance Test on products & software
• Perform in unstructured situations, anticipate future issues, and respond quickly during a crisis.
• Handle multiple customer requests simultaneously and accurately, prioritizing time and resources.
• Providing quality services to end customers.
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure proper documenting and recording of all required activities

Qualifications

You Must

• Have a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
• Have decent experience in similar field.
• Be ready to work in 24 X 7 X 365 Rotating shift module
