Responsibilities

• Generating & development of new vendors by regular market visits.
• Hiring market vehicle & ensure the timely placement as per available indent.
• Ensure & verify the documents of MV hired as per compliance.
• Regular market intel for new vendors as well as business.
• Follow up with MV drivers & ensure the delivery as per TAT.
• Responsible for on time MV DEPS recovery, if any.

• Ensure CV placement in market/Spot Sale alongside coordination with ZH
• Follow up with MV drivers & ensure the delivery as per TAT
• Responsible to collect the POD of MV within the area
• Ensure safe, complete, and timely delivery to avoid claim on hired or placed vehicle
• Responsible for on time MV DEPS recovery, if any
• All ERP events updation in system for hired or placed vehicles
• Ensure the Advance & balance payment to vendors as per TAT
• Develop a network of vendors for on time placement and deliveries
• Responsible to close MV related audit queries, if any.
