Job summary

IN‑NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS) seeks an Executive - Specification to develop, review, and manage technical specifications for LV switchgear and related electrical/digital infrastructure, ensuring compliance with codes and client requirements, and driving project execution through close interaction with architects, consultants, the PMC and internal sales teams using Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience preparing specifications for electrical or digital projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (preferred).
• Strong understanding of LV switchgear, power distribution and digital system fundamentals.
• Familiarity with local building codes, standards and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with architects, consultants and PMC.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and MS Office; experience with specification management tools (e.g., BIM 360, SharePoint) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary project environment.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and update technical specifications for LV switchgear and digital systems.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and PMC to align specifications with design intent and project schedules.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with specifications, standards and safety regulations.
• Assist senior engineers in design development, value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Support tender preparation, bid evaluation and contractor clarification processes.
• Maintain a controlled specification database with version tracking, change logs and Salesforce CRM updates.
• Ensure all specifications meet local codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings and provide technical input.
• Identify and recommend specification improvements for cost, quality and schedule benefits.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
