Job summary

Eurofins Analytical Services (India Pvt Ltd) in Bengaluru seeks a meticulous Sample Receiver/Registration specialist to join our laboratory operations. You will receive customer samples, verify documentation, register in LIMS, assign IDs, and generate work orders.

You will coordinate with technical teams for testing schedules, maintain records, communicate with customers about status or missing information, ensure labeling and traceability, and uphold our analytical standards.

Qualifications

• BSc. Microbiology / MSc. Microbiology with 2-4 years experience in TIC Industry.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer samples and verify accompanying documentation.
• Register samples accurately in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Assign unique sample identification numbers and generate work orders.
• Verify test requests, sample details, and customer information.
• Coordinate with technical departments regarding sample allocation and testing schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of sample receipt, registration, and dispatch.
• Communicate with customers regarding sample status, missing information, or clarifications.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and traceability of samples.
