Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions (PPS) is seeking an Executive in the QA function to perform day-to-day QA activities, IPQA tasks, sampling, and batch record review on the shop floor. The role involves reviewing documents, ensuring online deviation reporting, and supporting dispatch processes.

The candidate should have MSc and Pharma QA experience in regulated environments, with exposure to cGMP requirements. This position is based in India (Digwal, Telangana) and is full-time.

Qualifications

• Pharma QA experience in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Online review of BMRs/ECRs on the shop floor.
• Daily monitoring of plant observations and SOP compliance.
• Verification of log books, housekeeping records, and material labelling.
• Ensure deviations are reported online.
• Monitor storage conditions and labeling of materials.
• Identify potential contamination risks on site.
• Handle document issuance, receipt and review and support dispatch.
• Support line clearance activities.
• Sampling, product label and seal verification during dispatch.

Job Role Summary

Job Profile

• Online review of the batch production records (BMRs / ECRs) in Shop floor.
• Daily monitoring of plant observations and verifying the SOPs compliance in shop floor
• Verification of various log books for completeness in manufacturing / other areas, housekeeping records in shop floor and accessories management.
• Ensure that deviations are reported online.
• Monitoring that the materials are stored at defined storage conditions and labelled appropriately.
• Identify and report the potential areas of contamination/ Cross contamination in the site.
• Responsible for documents issuance, receipt and review and support to dispatch activities.
• Handling of the line clearance activity.
• Sampling, product label and seal verification while dispatch.

Job Requirements

• Pharma API QA experience
• Exposure to cGMP requirements
