The role involves in-process checks, coordination with QC/QA for sampling, testing, batch review and release, and ongoing process improvement to ensure consistent product quality.

Job description

• Execute production and downstream purification of goat and rabbit polyclonal antibodies as per approved SOPs and batch records.
• Perform serum/plasma processing and antibody purification to achieve required yield, purity, concentration, and functional activity.
• Operate and monitor production equipment and ensure compliance with defined process parameters.
• Perform in-process checks and coordinate with QC/QA for sampling, testing, batch review, and release activities.
• Identify and troubleshoot process deviations, yield/recovery issues, and equipment-related problems.
• Maintain accurate BMRs, logbooks, production records, and other GMP documentation.
• Support process scale-up, technology transfer, validation, and implementation of improved processes.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and traceability of raw materials, intermediates, and finished antibody products.
• Follow GMP/GLP, SOPs, biosafety, data integrity, and laboratory/production safety requirements.
• Coordinate with R&D, QC, QA, and other cross-functional teams for production and troubleshooting activities.
• Contribute to achieving production targets, consistent product quality, and continuous process improvement.
• Any other activity in the overall interest of YBL.
