Job summary

Asian Paints Limited in Rohtak, HR, IN, requires an Executive N - Production to drive daily manufacturing targets while upholding safety, quality, and EHS norms. You will monitor resin processing and batch activities across the plant.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Chemical with 1–3 years in chemical/resin/adhesive/pharma manufacturing and is proficient in SAP PP/MM, DCS/PLC, utilities and MS Office, with readiness to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical required.
• Max age 26.
• 1–3 years in Chemical/Resin/Adhesive/Pharma manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP entries and batch documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shift safety through Toolbox Talks and permit controls.
• Meet daily production targets while following safety, quality & EHS norms.
• Monitor resin processing (heating/cooling profiles, reactor parameters, batch cycles).
• Perform online batch checks, sampling, SAP entries, and batch documentation.
• Coordinate LOTO, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance in SAP.
• Support QA approvals, RCA for deviations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report unsafe conditions and handle emergencies as required.
