Job summary

ALEMBIC Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a creative Motion Graphics Designer to conceptualize and develop 2D animations and multimedia content for digital platforms. You will design animations for corporate videos, e-learning modules, product campaigns, websites, and social media, and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to deliver impactful communications.

Responsibilities include storyboarding, editing raw footage, applying motion graphics and VFX, and ensuring branding consistency

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Visual Communication, Animation, Graphic Design or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, CorelDRAW, and other motion graphics/video editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop motion graphics, 2D animations, and multimedia content for digital platforms.
• Design and create animations for corporate videos, e-learning modules, product campaigns, websites, and social media.
• Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and animation sequences based on creative briefs.
• Edit raw video footage and enhance videos with motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, and audio.
• Design and animate 2D characters, icons, illustrations, and infographics.
• Select typography, colours, audio, and visual elements to create impactful content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Product Management, and Creative teams to deliver engaging materials.
• Optimize animation and video content for web, mobile, presentations, and digital marketing platforms.
• Maintain organized project files, version control, and design documentation.
• Research emerging animation techniques, design trends, and AI-powered tools to enhance content quality.
• Manage multiple creative projects while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with branding guidelines, creative standards, and project timelines.
