Responsibilities

• Appear in cases u/s 138 NI Act/25 PS Act on behalf of the company.
• Coordinate with the company's em-paneled lawyers for case preparation.
• Appear on behalf of the company in cases filed under Cr P C.
• Represent the company in various legal cases and complaints.
• Appear in High Court for appeals and writ petitions.

Job description

KRA:

• To appear in cases u/s 138 NI Act/25 PS Act on behalf of the company.
• To coordinate with the em-paneled lawyers of the Company for the preparation of the cases.
• To appear in the behalf the company in cases u/s 156(3) Cr P C & 200 Cr P C filed by the company.
• To appear in the cases filed against the company like revision, appeal, criminal complaints, consumer complaints, execution, civil suits, etc.
• To appear in High Court for various cases filed by/against the Company like Appeals, Writ Petitions, etc.
