Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• End-to-end ownership of HRBP processes, including appraisal, promotions, talent management, and employee engagement. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Partners and business leaders. Advanced Excel proficiency for MIS reporting, analytics, workforce planning, and operational tracking. Should carry the HR aura and should have presence of mind Ability to derive actionable insights from people pulse, floor pulse feedback and people analytics. Working knowledge of Power BI and Amber for dashboarding and talent insights would be helpful and added advantage. Strong PowerPoint and executive communication skills for leadership reporting. Proven ability to drive strategic people initiatives and location-level HR initiatives aligned to business priorities. Strong Communication skills. Local from Chennai is most preferred. No outsiders Ability to handle conflict management Analyzing and preparing Attrition and Manpower analysis Any kind of AI certification which can be implemented in HR work - additional only not mandatory
