is seeking an Executive – Finance to support treasury, investments, banking, and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on day-to-day finance operations, accurate transaction processing, timely reconciliations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The position plays a critical role in maintaining operational control and ensuring compliance with policies and statutory requirements, reporting to senior finance managers.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in corporate finance, banking, treasury, investment operations, or accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Financial Services or related field; MBA Finance/MFS preferred.
• Familiarity with banking transactions and mutual fund investments operations is an advantage; ERP systems experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Investment & Treasury Operations: execute investments and manage documentation, monitor cash flows and redeployment.
• Banking & Facility Management: renew and document banking limits, manage covenants and KYC processes.
• MIS & Reporting: prepare MIS and share reports for management review.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: collaborate with accounting, taxation, audit, and other teams.

he Executive – Financewill support treasury, investments, banking, regulatorycompliance.The role involves execution ofday-to-day financeoperations, treasury, and investment operations, as well asassistinginprocesses pertaining reporting toregulatoryauthorities.The rolerequiresaccuratetransaction processing,timelyreconciliations, and smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

This position plays a critical role inmaintainingoperational control,assistingsenior finance managers, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investment & Treasury Operations

• Assistin executing investments in line withapproved internal policies and delegated authorities.
• Process andmaintaindocumentationfor banking and investment transactions, including market instruments, fund investments, equity trades, and foreign exchange transactions .
• Monitor and manage cash flows,maintainoptimumbank balances, and trackinvestment maturities fortimelyredeployment.
• Support management of ODI/OPI transactions.
• Liaisingwithinternal and external stakeholders.

2. Banking & Facility Management

• Assistin the renewal, assessment, and documentationoffundedand non-fundedbanking limits.
• Monitorbankingfacilities,collateraland securities provided to banks.
• Ensure compliance with bank covenants andtimelysubmission of required information.
• Assistingin all regulatoryreporting'sincluding RBI and other statutory filings as applicable.
• Manage and coordinate KYC processes with banks, financial institutions, brokers, fund houses, and other counterparties.

3. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare andmaintainMIS for corporate entities, including investments.
• Ensuretimelysharing of reports and reconciliations with stakeholderdepartments.
• Assistin analysis and presentation of financial and operational data for management review.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely withinvestment team, accounting, taxation, audit, and other internal teams to ensure smooth finance operations.
• Maintain records and trackers for investments, trades, and operational activities.
• Support process improvements and adherence to internal SOPs.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree inCommerce/Financial Services , or related field.MBA(Finance)/MFSwill bepreferred.
• 8-10years of experience in corporatefinance,banking,treasury, investment operations, or accounting.
• Familiarity with banking transactionsandmutual fundinvestmentsoperationsis an advantage.
• Exposure to ERPsystems (OracleNetSuite/SAP) will bepreferred.
• Good understanding of finance operations, investments, and banking procedures
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Regulatory compliance (RBI/FEMA knowledge preferred)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Proficiencyin MS Excel and financial reporting tools
