Job summary

FlexBoard is seeking an experienced Operational Procurement Leader to drive a robust material supply chain for automotive electronics. You will lead a large team, engage global suppliers, and partner with Finance, SIOP and Manufacturing to meet demanding supply commitments.

You will own supplier performance, data governance, and contract execution while delivering strategic improvements across the procurement function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a technical field.
• 10+ years of supplier-facing experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Proven track record in leading transformative procurement functions.
• Experience managing multi-billion dollar supply deliveries with global suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the Operational Procurement function for automotive electronics supply.
• Ensure robust supplier engagement and on-time delivery performance.
• Own master data and contract performance, driving improvements and escalations.
• Define KPIs and standard work to optimize procurement operations across teams.

About the Role

What You Will Do

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a relevant technical degree. Master's degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant business experience in supplier facing roles. Supply Chain Management experience is desired.

• Prior experience in leading teams tasked with the management of multi-billion dollar supply delivery from a global network of suppliers.
