Job summary

Select Source International is seeking a seasoned legal professional in Bengaluru to manage compliances across LLPs and companies. The role involves drafting partnership deeds including retirement and admission, filing regulatory forms, and reviewing NDAs for client engagements.

The candidate should have CS & LLB with 3–4 years in-house experience at a large organization, strong English communication, and ability to work in a diverse team as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• The person must be a CS & LLB graduate passed out from a reputed law college having more than 3 - 4 years of an inhouse experience in a big organization having multi-disciplinary practice elements working within it.
• Having excellent written, presentation and spoken English skills
• Ability to work in a diverse team as an individual contributor.
