Executive‑National‑Assurance‑ASU - Other - Resource Scheduling - Gurgaon

Our Service Offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO and other public offering, Corporate Treasury – IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support, etc.
Required Experience – 5 to 10 years
Soft skills – Confident & comfortable with handling managerial & executive level communications related to resource allocations and deployment. Executing to complete projects/roll‑out reports as per assigned timelines. An eye for detail and quick learner – Ensure that as an approach all defined allocation protocols & resourcing protocols setup are followed. Strong communication skills (oral and written). Strong organization skills and ability to design and follow systematic processes.
• Update "Retain" Resource management tool for Assurance
• Coordinate with Audit resources extensively – Involves calling up individual resources/Audit Managers to validate data and communicate assignments as required
• Preparing and publishing excel reports as per reporting calendar
• Assess team options and make decisions on staffing assignments & communicate appropriately
• Proactively understand the pipeline of work with current and potential clients
• Work with the staffing leads and recruiting leads to identify and monitor capacity. Current and future staffing levels as they evolve over the project duration, and staffing constraints, if any
• Make scheduling tool assignments as needed in coordination with the scheduling lead
• Create and monitor weekly/monthly/YTD reports and highlight exceptions to appropriate people
• Conduct periodic training on staffing tools and process for new staff
• Monitor and facilitate staffing transitions for long‑term staffed roles
• Collaborate with HR team to support staffing, learning and HR initiatives as required
