Job summary

EY is seeking an Executive for Statutory Audit in Gurgaon to join its Assurance - FS - ASU - Audit Services team. You will support various statutory audit assignments, contributing to review of financial statements, controls and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out operational, financial, process and systems audits to review activities and controls.

• Assist seniors in reviewing financial statements and preparation of statutory books.

The opportunity

EY is looking for Executive in Statutory Audit.

Your key responsibilities

• Audit Executives are required to carry out operational, financial, process and Systems
  audi t s designed to review and appraise its activities, systems and controls,which includes:
• I den t ifying accounting & auditing issues; discuss with audit in-charge to solve issues that

arise,

• T o carry out substantive testing of appliances in accordance with the audit plan

f ormulated & appropriately document all work performed,

• I den t ifying improvements to control systems and procedures
• Presenting audit reports clearly highlighting key audit recommendations to management ,
• Preparing & maintaining statutory books of accounts, audit, reconciliation of account

receivable & payable, finalization of accounts,

Assist the seniors in reviewing & checking the financial statements & preparation of the
