Position Summary

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, secretarial, and operational support to the Managing Director. This role ensures effective time management, coordination, and communication, enabling the M.D. to focus on strategic priorities and business growth. The E.A. acts as a point of contact between the M.D. and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
  • Manage the M.D.s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Coordination & Communication
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal teams, clients, vendors, and external agencies.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and board discussions.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up on behalf of the M.D.
Operational Support
  • Track and monitor key projects, deadlines, and action items.
  • Assist in decision-making by preparing briefing notes, MIS reports, and business presentations.
  • Coordinate with senior management to ensure alignment with the M.D.s directives.
Other Responsibilities
  • Organize events, visits, and official engagements.
  • Manage expense reports, approvals, and documentation for the M.D.
  • Perform any other special assignments as directed.
