• Lead various projects initiated from the Director's office.
• Monitor progress on ongoing projects.
• Identify root causes of issues and propose corrective actions.

• Work on / lead the various projects being run from the Director's office
• Monitoring the progress on the projects
• Working on productivity improvement initiatives
• Experimenting with new thoughts and ideas across functions / regions / businesses
• Identifying the root causes of the issues and proposing corrective actions
• Ensuring that the actionables are closed as per the decided priority
• Liasoning with Senior leadership for the delivery on key initiatives

Qualification -

Engineeering Gradulate (any discipline) preferably from IIT / NIT.
