Role & responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize the CEOs calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and track action items to ensure follow-up
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings, investor meetings, and company-wide events
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Conduct research, compile data, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
  • Support the CEO with personal administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and facilitate smooth internal communication
  • Anticipate needs and proactively manage day-to-day administrative tasks
