Experience: 6 8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 4 years in a managerial role within a mid-sized organization.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, statutory compliance, and grievance handling.

Proven experience in performance management, policy governance, and employee relations.

Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
