We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue processes, enhancing data visibility, and driving strategic insights across our go-to-market (GTM) teams. Leveraging tools like Power BI, CRM platforms, and data automation workflows, you will help streamline reporting, improve forecasting accuracy, and support decision‑making across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards to track KPIs across sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Automate recurring reports and enable self‑service analytics for GTM teams.
  • Analyze funnel performance from lead generation to closed deals.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI to visualize revenue metrics, sales performance, and pipeline health & automate recurring reports.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify gaps in data collection and recommend improvements.
  • Build and maintain key dashboards for marketing teams within Salesforce, enabling visibility into campaign performance, events, and digital marketing efforts.
Required Skills

At least 4 years Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience in a commercial organization.

  • Experience of working in a Sales, Revenue or Finance Operations environment is desirable.
  • Knowledge of working with systems such as SalesForce is mandatory.
  • Experience in Power BI tools are mandatory.
  • Experience in preparation of reports is essential.
  • Knowledge of processes and Commercial reporting is important.
