2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our civil construction team. You will operate heavy machinery on quarry, road and infrastructure projects, ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on experience with excavators and wheel loaders, plus a valid licence. You will perform inspections, maintenance, and coordinate with supervisors to meet project timelines, in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience operating excavators in quarry or road projects.
• Experience operating wheel loaders mandatory.
• Valid heavy equipment licence/certification (where applicable).
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, wheel loaders, dumpers, skid steer machines safely and efficiently.
• Carry out excavation, trenching, grading, site preparation and earth-moving activities.
• Perform road construction and infrastructure works per project specifications.
• Support quarry operations, including loading, moving and transporting materials.
• Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance of machinery.
• Report mechanical faults or equipment issues immediately.
• Follow site supervisor instructions and coordinate with team to meet deadlines.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Prepare, lift and transport tools, equipment and materials as required.
• Assist with manual work and general site duties when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements
