Job summary

Pinkerton is seeking an Event Security Specialist to provide strategic security oversight for complex corporate events at client sites. You will represent Pinkerton’s values and supervise security operations to ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires minimum 4 years in event operations with strong security focus, ability to coordinate planning, travel when needed (domestic and international), and excellent interpersonal skills to work with law enforcement and stakeholders.

• Adapt to flexible schedules including extended days, evenings, and weekends as dictated by event needs.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with domestic and international law enforcement, private sector peers, and internal/external stakeholders to enhance event security efforts.
• Conduct thorough security assessments of event venues and coordinate security measures in response to identified risks.
• Handle the challenges posed by last-minute changes with a calm and composed approach.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the overall security framework.
• All other duties, as assigned.
