The Sales Executive will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth sales process.

• Showcase scooters to potential customers

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Percentage of completed test rides from scheduled test rides
• Percentage of sales conversion from completed test rides
• Adherence to processes with no deviation from standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure a high level of customer experience with no negative feedback
• Customer experience (CX) rating
