Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking an experienced EUC Engineer to lead end-to-end EUC operations in Bangalore. The role covers Intune/SCCM administration, device provisioning, security controls, and modern-management initiatives. You will mentor engineers, manage vendors, and drive automation across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android environments.

The candidate should have strong expertise in AD/Entra ID, Group Policy, CA, and VDI technologies, with a focus on delivering reliable, secure endpoint services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in EUC/End-User Computing
• Experience administering Intune or SCCM/MECM
• Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS/iOS/Android environments
• Experience with AD, Entra ID, Group Policy, and CA
• Scripting with PowerShell and platform APIs
• Exposure to VDI tech (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware Horizon)
• Ability to lead incidents, drive automation, and mentor teams

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EUC operations including provisioning, configuration, patching, software distribution, device compliance, lifecycle management and decommissioning.
• Own Intune and/or SCCM/MECM administration, policies, profiles, packaging, Autopilot, inventory, reporting and delegated admin.
• Provide technical leadership for Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Android, M365 Apps, AD, Entra ID, Group Policy, CA, certificates, and endpoint security controls.
• Lead complex incident resolution, major incidents, problem management, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and service restoration.
• Plan platform upgrades, migrations, image updates, security hardening, and modern-management initiatives with rollback plans.
• Guide VDI/remote access services (Azure Virtual Desktop/Windows 365/Citrix/VMware Horizon) including image, profile, capacity and access issues.
• Drive automation using PowerShell and APIs to reduce manual effort, improve compliance and reporting accuracy.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers, set priorities, review work, and build knowledge through runbooks and coaching.
• Manage vendors and cross-functional stakeholders, track service commitments, coordinate escalations, and communicate risks.
• Maintain service documentation, architecture diagrams, CMDB data, SOPs, audit evidence and readiness for new services

Experience - 7+ Years of experience in EUC and Intune

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EUC operations and engineering, including endpoint provisioning, configuration, patching, software distribution, device compliance, lifecycle management, and decommissioning.
• Own Microsoft Intune and/or Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) administration, including policies, profiles, application packaging, deployment rings, Autopilot, inventory, reporting, and delegated administration.
• Provide technical leadership for Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365 Apps, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, Conditional Access, certificates, and endpoint security controls.
• Lead complex incident resolution, major incident support, problem management, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and service restoration for high-impact EUC issues.
• Plan and execute platform upgrades, migrations, image updates, security hardening, technology refreshes, and modern-management initiatives with clear implementation and rollback plans.
• Guide VDI and remote-access services such as Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Citrix, or VMware Horizon, including image, profile, capacity, access, and user-experience troubleshooting.
• Drive automation using PowerShell and platform APIs to reduce manual effort, improve compliance, accelerate provisioning, and strengthen reporting accuracy.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers, set operational priorities, review technical work, and improve team capability through runbooks, knowledge articles, coaching, and shift-left practices.
• Manage vendors and cross-functional stakeholders, track service commitments, coordinate escalations, and communicate technical risk and progress to technical and business audiences.
• Maintain service documentation, architecture diagrams, CMDB data, SOPs, audit evidence, and operational readiness for new or changed services.

Mandatory Skills

Software Distribution and Patch Mgmt. Experience: 5-8 Years.
