Job summary

Zoho is seeking an experienced QA professional with 6+ years total experience and 5+ years in relevant QA roles to join our data testing team in Mumbai. You will validate large datasets, design test plans, and ensure data quality across ETL processes and trading/accounting applications.

Immediate notice period and a full-time shift from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST are required. Responsibilities include SQL-driven data validation, Jira/ALM documentation, and collaboration with Agile teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA processes and methodologies.
• Strong SQL and Unix command experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Snowflake or a similar Data Warehouse.
• Financial Assets domain experience – Equities, Derivatives.
• Experience with Trading / Accounting applications such as Murex, CRDG, BBAGAIM, etc.
• Strong exposure to Eagle.
• Data validation, ETL testing and file-load validation.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute test cases, scenarios and scripts for functional and regression testing.
• Validate large datasets for accuracy, completeness and consistency using SQL, Unix and other tools.
• Create and maintain test cases, scripts and QA documentation using tools such as Jira and HP ALM.
• Perform requirement analysis and support data migration strategy and scripting.
• Validate different types of file loads and monitor data jobs.
• Identify and troubleshoot data-quality and job-performance issues.
• Work with Agile methodologies and maintain QA artifacts.
• Support UI/Data-level automation where required.
• Explore the use of AI in testing to improve testing efficiency.
