Texas Instruments India is seeking an experienced Analog ESD Product Specialist to design and develop ESD protection structures for analog products. This role requires expertise in Analog ESD Design support and a strong understanding of circuit operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. with 10 years of experience or an MSEE with 15 years of relevant work experience, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

As an Analog ESD Product Specialist, you will work with TI’s industry-leading analog products for precision analog, power management, imaging, audio, high‑speed converter and interface applications. You will be exposed to a variety of technologies from deep‑submicron analog CMOS to high‑voltage BiCMOS.

This position provides an excellent view of the entire commercial semiconductor flow, from technology development to productization support and circuit design, to product qualification. It offers a platform for strong interaction with technology development, product, and reliability groups.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement ESD protection structures for analog products using TI’s analog processes.
• Perform ESD reviews on TI analog products.
• Perform ESD troubleshooting on TI analog products that fail internal or customer qualification requirements.
• Assist with the design and development of test structures for ESD assessment of TI’s analog process technologies.
• Maintain ESD protection structure libraries and ESD design guideline documents for TI design engineers and I/O cell developers.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Ph.D. with 10 years of experience in Analog ESD Design support OR MSEE with 15 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit operation.
• Knowledge of diode, resistor, bipolar and FET high‑current device physics.
• Experience with typical CMOS and analog silicon process flows and underlying process physics.
• Experience with high‑voltage ESD design (>$20V).
• Hands‑on lab experience and excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, self‑organization, pro‑activity and innovation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional depth in any of the above technical areas.
