Ideal candidates have 8–12 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP implementations such as IFS, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle.

Qualifications

Job Description:

The ERP Testing & Data Validation Analyst will support the implementation of the new ERP system(IFS) by executing functional tests, validating business processes, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of migrated data. This role is essential to achieving a successful ERP deployment and works closely with business users, functional consultants, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute functional test cases according to the defined test plans.

Record, document, and track defects and issues identified during testing.

Validate the accuracy and completeness of master and transactional data migrated into the ERP.

Compare data between legacy systems and the new ERP to ensure consistency and integrity.

Prepare and maintain test data required for different testing scenarios.

Document test results and provide evidence of completed test activities.

Verify that implemented business processes meet functional requirements.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve identified issues.

Maintain testing documentation, validation reports, and issue logs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in administrative support, business operations, data analysis, or business applications.

Previous experience supporting ERP implementation projects is an advantage (e.g., IFS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, PivotTables, lookup functions, and data validation.

Ability to work with large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.

Basic understanding of business processes such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, or Logistics is desirable.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and planning abilities.

Methodical approach to testing and documentation.

Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical teams.

Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.

Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with data migration validation.

Experience in Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Familiarity with issue tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.

Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Microsoft Power BI.
