• Good experience in CAD/PLM application support.
• AutoCAD/AutoCAD Mechanical administration and troubleshooting
• SolidWorks and Creo application support
• Windchill/PLM administration and support
• CAD license monitoring and troubleshooting
• Application installation, configuration and deployment
• SCCM/Software Center knowledge
• Active Directory and user/access management
• Windows Server/application server support
• ServiceNow incident/request management
• AutoLISP and Windows Batch scripting
• Application housekeeping, server maintenance and license monitoring
• SOP/documentation and knowledge-transfer skills.
• Ability to coordinate with infrastructure, AD, SCCM and application/vendor teams
