Job summary

Everpure in Bengaluru is seeking an ERP Program Manager to drive IT ERP projects end-to-end, aligning delivery with business goals. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and champion an Agile environment to ensure on-time, quality outcomes across multiple projects.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, seven-plus years of program management experience, and a track record in ERP initiatives. A hybrid work approach and strong analytical skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent in CS/IS or related field.
• 8+ years in program/project management with enterprise or cross-functional projects.
• ERP project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Efficiently manage ERP project resources, optimizing utilization, and ensure maximum productivity within defined constraints.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of deliverables, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement based on your experience and insights.
• Leverage your experience to navigate unforeseen challenges, adapt methodologies when necessary, and drive innovation within project execution.
• Proactively identify risks, leverage your experience to develop robust mitigation strategies, and make critical decisions to keep ERP projects on course.
• Manage and oversee all stages of the project lifecycle from inception to retirement, ensuring alignment with business goals, and optimizing processes across phases.
• Engage with stakeholders at various levels, including senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams, to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead and empower project teams, delegating tasks, fostering a collaborative environment, and mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy across multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
• Apply Agile principles and best practices as an experienced scrum master managing multiple scrum teams.
• Run Agile ceremonies, sessions, and workshops to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information sciences or related field or equivalent experience
• Must have 8+ years of meaningful experience in program/project management experience with proven track record in delivering complex, enterprise, or cross-functional projects.
• Experience in managing ERP projects strongly preferred

Agile Qualifications

• Must have Agile experience
• Experienced scrum master managing multiple scrums teams applying scrum principles and best practices strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian and other project management tooling (JIRA, Confluence, JQL, Dashboards, Smartsheets) strongly preferred
• SAFe certified, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred

Other Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working on complex projects touching various components across applications and stack layers
• Experience with cloud technologies strongly preferred
• Highly organized, great attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through, prioritizing across multiple concurrent initiatives and shifting demands
• Proven problem solver with the strong interpersonal skills to influence, maintain positive relationships, and collaborate with people at all levels
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and deliver messages across a broad range of audiences
• Team player – our teams will rely on your leadership and cooperation is key to success
• Expertise with collaboration tools (G-Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Confluence) strongly preferred
