Eapro Global Limited in Haridwar, Uttarakhand invites an experienced ERP developer to design, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV solutions. The role spans requirements gathering, system configuration, migration from NAV to BC, and ongoing post-go-live support.

The candidate will develop AL/C/AL code, build reports using RDLC in Visual Studio, and ensure seamless integration across Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV.
• Proficiency in AL and C/AL programming languages.
• Experience in developing and customizing Tables, Pages, Codeunits, Reports, XMLPorts, and Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with RDLC report development using Visual Studio.
• Knowledge of SQL Server installation, configuration, and database management.
• Experience in ERP implementation, customization, migration, integration, and technical support.
• Understanding of Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing business processes.
• Experience in UAT, debugging, deployment, performance optimization, and post-implementation support.

Responsabilités

• Develop, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC and NAV per business requirements.
• Customize and develop Tables, Pages, Codeunits, Reports, XMLPorts, and Web Services using AL and C/AL.
• Design, develop, and maintain RDLC reports using Visual Studio.
• Handle ERP implementation, configuration, migration from NAV to BC, and system integration activities.
• Provide technical and functional support across Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules.
• Perform requirement gathering, system analysis, process flow discussions, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, fix bugs, and improve system performance.
• Configure user roles, permission sets, access controls, and security settings.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), parallel testing, validation, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Install and configure SQL Server, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central services, and related components.
• Support end-users during live operations and resolve ERP-related queries.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for custom developments, integrations, and system configurations.
• Coordinate with clients, functional consultants, and internal teams to deliver approved requirements within defined timelines.
• Train end-users and team members on system functionalities and custom developments.
