  1. Maximize New Customer Acquisition
    Drive the acquisition of M52/Prime customers mapped through ICICI Bank PBG RMs and Wealth RMs across branches.
  2. Achieve Business Targets
    Take ownership of key metrics, including new client acquisition numbers, revenue generation, and activation.
  3. Engage with Large Clients
    Conduct client meetings to convert high-potential leads and support branch teams in achieving their equity-related goals.
  4. Trade Activation
    Ensure maximum trade activation among acquired clients to drive engagement and revenue.
  5. Focus on High-Value Prime Plans
    Maximize conversions to High-Value Prime plans from the total acquisitions.
  6. Branch-Level Equity Marketing
    Plan and implement equity marketing strategies at the branch level to enhance business opportunities.
  7. Capability Building
    Facilitate regular training sessions and meetings with branch teams to strengthen their equity-related skills and knowledge.
  8. Continuous Process Learning
    Promote process improvement and ensure consistent learning for equity functions across branches.
