Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Buyside Research Associate in Mumbai to conduct in-depth analysis of investment proposals within Equity Research. You will develop and maintain financial models, prepare research reports, and monitor market developments.

The role requires a strong interest in financial information, macro-economics, and the ability to defend opinions with management. Willingness to travel and meet management is essential.

Job Description:

1. Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of investment proposals.

2. Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry and related markets being researched

3. Develop and maintain financial models

4. Prepare research reports and presentations.

5. Keep track of corporate announcements, current policies, and study the impact on Equities and Portfolio.

6. Regularly monitor developments in our investee companies through media updates, corporate announcements, and published results.

7. Participate in research meetings

8. Willing to travel to see factories, meet managements, and attend conferences.

• Good written and oral communication skills and the ability to provide & defend an opinion with management.
