Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Indian capital goods or industrials sector research.
• Strong fundamental research capability – business models, financials, industry structure, management quality, and valuation.
• Prior experience in institutional equities, buy-side research, PMS/AIF, brokerage, or consulting preferred.
• Intellectual curiosity with the ability to articulate investment ideas with depth, nuance, and conviction.
• Candidates who combine analytical rigour with a long-term investing mindset are strongly encouraged to apply.
