Job summary

Jade Global Software Pvt LTD is seeking an experienced EPM ARCS Functional Consultant to provide end-to-end functional support for ARCS, including requirements, design, testing, and deployment. The role involves regular client meetings on EPM Cloud-related enhancements and delivering Hyperion-related training as needed.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of ARCS and financial processes, with a focus on Account Reconciliation.

Qualifications

• 9+ years IT experience with 3-4 years focused on Account Reconciliation.
• Experience designing and implementing Oracle ARCS.

Responsibilities

• Gather and elicit requirements for Account Reconciliation processes.
• Prepare Functional Specifications and secure stakeholder sign-off.
• Design and implement the ARCS solution.
• Lead Conference Room Pilot sessions with business users.
• Configure ARCS to meet reconciliation requirements.
• Create reconciliation reports as needed.
• Assist in design docs, test plans and training materials.
• Perform Unit and System Integration Testing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing.
• Assist with production deployment and rollout.
• Provide stabilization support post go-live.
• Support system integration testing and UAT.

EPM ARCS Functional consultant1 Job Description

Experience in functional knowledge of EPM cloud with strong Application Development/support process experience on ARCS

Responsible for providing functional support of ARCS application and artifacts

Preparation of key deliverables such as requirements documents, design documents, test plans, training materials and solution delivery

Involve in meeting with clients on a regular basis on EPM Cloud-related enhancements

Give Hyperion-related training to users, whenever necessary.

Functional knowledge of financial systems and business processes, especially around ARCS

Account Reconciliation Functional Consultant will be responsible for the following activities:

• Driving requirements gathering and elicitation for Account Reconciliation process(es).
• Preparing Functional Specifications Document and walking through the same with relevant stakeholders for sign-off.
• Driving technical design and implementation of the Account Reconciliation solution.
• Driving Conference Room Pilot sessions with business users and ensuring their feedback is incorporated into the solution.
• Configuring and implementing ARCS application to meet the account reconciliation requirements.
• Creating custom reconciliation reportsif necessary based on business requirements.
• Assisting in the preparation of system documentation (Design documentTest Cases etc) and training material.
• Performing Unit and System Integration Testing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing.
• Assisting with Production deployment and roll out.
• Supporting the Account Reconciliation solution post go-live.

Required Experiance

9+ yrs of IT experience with min. 3-4 yrs focused primarily on AccountReconciliation processes.designing and implementing Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS) solutions.
