Job summary

Capgemini in India is seeking an experienced Optimizely specialist to empower digital experiences for global clients. You will manage and enhance customer relationship solutions using Optimizely (Episerver) to boost engagement and conversions.

You will gather business requirements, analyze customer journeys, configure and customize Optimizely CMS, Commerce, and the Digital Experience Platform, and collaborate with stakeholders, developers, marketing, and project managers to deliver

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in CRM, DXPs or Optimizely implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS, Episerver Commerce, Personalization and DXP.
• Knowledge of CX, CRM processes, content management and digital marketing workflows.
• Experience with .NET/C#, APIs, integrations, SQL Server, Azure Cloud and Agile.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and client-facing skills.

Your Role

Your Profile

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Digital Experience Platforms, or Optimizely (Episerver) implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS, Episerver Commerce, Personalization, and DXP platform.
• Knowledge of Customer Experience (CX), CRM processes, content management, and digital marketing workflows.
• Experience working with .NET/C#, APIs, integrations, SQL Server, Azure Cloud, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills with the ability to drive customer success initiatives.
