Job summary

Consulting Engineers Group Ltd. invites an experienced Environmental/Safety engineer to join our railway projects in Andhra Pradesh. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with railway safety, environmental, and statutory requirements across the project lifecycle.

You will develop and monitor the HSE Management Plan for railway construction activities, conduct site inspections and risk assessments, and supervise safety during earthwork, bridges, track laying, and electrical works.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Civil/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial Safety Engineering with 5+ years experience.
• Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial Safety Engineering with 8+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with railway safety, environmental, and statutory requirements throughout the project.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the HSE Management Plan for railway construction activities.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Monitor safety during earthwork, bridges, track laying, electrical works, signaling, station construction, and other railway activities.
