Job description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure smooth operation and preparation of reports of STP.

• Ensure Sand filter & carbon filter refilling
• Ensure no leakage of hazardous drum storage area
• Daily report: Prepare Hazardous waste and ensure its disposal as per CC&A (BMW, STP, Effluent treated details, result, Hazardous waste, Incineration waste, landfilling waste, waste receiving details from all plants)
• Maintain records of Hazardous waste (Incineration, Co-process, Landing)
• Calculate plant waste norms based on actual waste & production
• Take plant round of STP, Drum decontamination and Scrap Yard on a daily basis
• Monitor daily input-output norms
• Organise non-moving or waste material disposal
• Ensure Quarterly environmental assessment data of unit

• Ensure 100% compliance to action plan, audit observations; Compliance to CC&A conditions and other Environmental compliances (Submissions to Authorities in time)
• Monitor the performance of SP for smooth operation & keeping the consent condition always complied
• Face and comply All types of Audits (5s, IMS, Tech, etc)
• Prepare MIS on a monthly basis
• Communicate all manifests to top management with summary report for submission of monthly hazardous waste reports to GPCB
• Prepare STP monthly report (STP data, GPCB data & scrap details)
• Pending bills & stock amount provision to Account dept.
• Verify Bills enter into SAP (Incineration, Landfilling, Co-processing & others)
• File maintenance & comply all the tasks timely in legatrix
