Job summary

Fujitsu in India seeks a Microsoft Entra ID Senior SME to implement and manage enterprise IAM solutions across multiple locations, including Pune, Bangalore, Noida, and Chennai. The role focuses on Entra ID architecture, authentication and governance, conditional access, and hybrid identity with AD, Entra Connect, and Cloud Sync.

Expertise in SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth/OIDC) and PIM is required. We value SC-300 (preferred) and SC-100/AZ-500 as desirable certifications, with relocation support

Qualifications

• 7–8 years IAM experience with at least 5 years in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong expertise in Entra ID, Active Directory, PIM, Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Governance.
• Experience with hybrid identity, SSO, federation, and cloud security architecture.
• SC-300 certification preferred; SC-100/AZ-500 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement Microsoft Entra ID architecture, including authentication, authorization, and identity governance.
• Configure and manage Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Protection, and Passwordless Authentication.
• Support hybrid identity solutions using Active Directory, Entra Connect, and Cloud Sync.
• Application onboarding and SSO integration using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Implement and manage Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Access Reviews, and Entitlement Management.
• Define RBAC models and enforce Zero Trust security principles across the enterprise.
• Automate identity lifecycle and administrative tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph APIs.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver scalable and secure identity solutions.
