About the Opportunity
We are scaling a market-leading agentic AI platform that enables organisations to build, deploy and orchestrate intelligent AI agents across operations, customer service and analytics. This quota-carrying Enterprise AI Sales Manager role targets senior digital transformation stakeholders and closed-loop platform buyers, driving high-value, multi-stakeholder deals that deliver measurable automation and productivity outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for the agentic AI platform through strategic pipeline development and disciplined forecast management.
- Identify, qualify and close new enterprise and mid-market accounts across target verticals by engaging CIOs, Heads of AI/Automation, VPs of Digital Transformation and business unit leaders.
- Create and deliver compelling value propositions, tailored demos, workshops and PoCs that map agentic AI to high-impact business use cases and ROI.
- Lead complex, cross-functional sales cycles involving IT, security, procurement and line-of-business stakeholders to secure platform and integration commitments.
- Collaborate with solution architects, data scientists and customer success to design implementation plans, accelerate time-to-value and de-risk pilots to production.
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline (Salesforce), provide market and competitive intelligence, and represent the platform at industry events and customer briefings.
Skills & QualificationsMust-Have
- Proven quota-carrying experience selling enterprise SaaS, AI/ML platforms or automation solutions into large organisations.
- Track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals and managing long sales cycles to contract signature.
- Deep familiarity with AI/ML platform concepts, LLM-based capabilities, API/platform integrations and enterprise automation use cases.
- Strong experience running demos, workshops and proofs-of-concept that convert into enterprise deployments.
Preferred
- Experience selling agentic AI, RPA or intelligent process automation platforms; proven success with platform/API-based licensing models.
- Exposure to international markets (North America, Europe, APAC) and experience managing deals with TCV > $300k.
