PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Design, implement and enhance an effective Risk governance, strategy and management framework to ensure key risks across the organization are adequately identified, analysed, monitored and reported.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Risk Appetite & KRI Management:
  Develop, refine, and monitor Risk Appetite KRIs and tolerance thresholds to ensure alignment with business strategy, regulatory expectations, and market conditions.
  Drive timely collation of KRI data and perform trend analysis to identify early warning signals and emerging risks.
• Risk Governance & Assurance:
  Support Risk Governance activities through coordination with Internal and External Auditors, tracking audit findings, and ensuring closure of outcomes.
  Prepare highquality presentations and materials for Risk Governance committees, and oversee followup on decisions and action items.
• Policy Management:
  Conduct periodic reviews of Risk Management policies and recommend updates to maintain relevance, compliance, and bestpractice standards.
• Group Risk Interface:
  Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all Grouplevel Risk Management submissions, reporting requirements, and governance interactions.
• Regulatory & Supervisory Compliance:
  Work on the Riskbased Supervision (RBS) framework in line with regulatory guidelines and ensure timely readiness of documentation and evidence.
  Prepare draft responses for regulatory queries and submissions pertaining to Risk Management activities.
• Data Analytics & Insights:
  Analyse large and complex datasets to identify emerging risks, develop visual models, and generate clear, datadriven risk insights for management decisionmaking.
