Job summary

Pratiti Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Teamcenter workstreams, coordinating planning, execution, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise application delivery, strong stakeholder and vendor management, and experience with Teamcenter PLM, agile delivery and modernization programs, with hybrid/remote work options.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience in enterprise application delivery.
• Proven experience managing Siemens Teamcenter implementations, enhancements, or support programs.
• Experience with Teamcenter implementation/configuration solutions.
• Strong understanding of PLM, engineering workflows, document management, BOM management, and change control processes.
• Experience coordinating global cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with engineering digital transformation or modernization programs.
• Knowledge of integrations involving SAP, CAD systems, Polarion, or related engineering platforms.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
