Job summary

Athena Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Enterprise Cloud & Network Leader to drive innovation and automation across network infrastructure, cloud, and security. You will mentor global teams and shape a strategy for digital transformation in complex environments.

You will design and implement automation using Ansible, Terraform, and Python, while collaborating with DevOps, cloud, and security teams to optimize operations and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have led the design, development, and implementation of network automation solutions using Ansible, Terraform, and Python.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of network automation solutions using Ansible, Terraform, Python, and CI/CD pipelines to enable Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Collaborate with DevOps, cloud, and security teams to streamline operations, enhance automation, and improve service delivery.
• Architect and deploy Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) & Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions for secure cloud and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

This role requires deep expertise in Network, Telecom, Cloud, AI & Emerging Technologies, SASE, SD-WAN, Programmable Networks, and Security. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and a proven track record of handling global customers while driving digital transformation in complex network environments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have led the design, development, and implementation of network automation solutions using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Python.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of network automation solutions using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Python, and CI/CD pipelines to enable Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Collaborate with DevOps, cloud, and security teams to streamline operations, enhance automation, and improve service delivery.
• Architect and deploy Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) & Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions for secure cloud and hybrid environments.
• Implement SD-WAN solutions, including dynamic traffic steering, policy-based routing, and application-aware networking for optimized connectivity.

• Manage large-scale, multi-cloud, and hybrid network infrastructures spanning global geographies.
• Ensure security best practices by integrating network security policies, micro-segmentation, and compliance frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional global teams and drive collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.
