ValueLabs in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to design and govern cloud-first, high-volume systems across multiple domains. You will define blueprints, drive microservices adoption, ensure reliability, security, and scalable performance.
You will lead architecture governance, partner with stakeholders, and mentor engineering teams while implementing IaC, CI/CD, and SRE practices to maximize business outcomes.
We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Architect who can design and govern scalable, cloud-first, high-volume systems across multiple business domains. This role requires deep hands-on architecture experience combined with strong enterprise alignment, stakeholder management, and execution oversight. The ideal candidate will be capable of defining enterprise architecture blueprints, designing distributed systems, driving microservices adoption, and ensuring reliability, scalability, and security at scale.
1. Enterprise Architecture & Governance Define and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints across applications, data, integration, and infrastructure. Establish architecture principles, standards, and guardrails. Align technology strategy with business roadmaps and long-term growth plans. Conduct architecture reviews and design approvals.
2. System Design & High-Volume Architecture Design scalable, distributed systems handling high transaction volumes. Architect for availability, fault tolerance, and resilience. Define caching, data partitioning, queuing, and event-driven patterns. Drive performance optimization strategies.
3. Cloud-First Architecture Lead cloud-native design across AWS / Azure / GCP. Design for elasticity, autoscaling, observability, and cost optimization. Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation). Define cloud governance and multi-account strategy.
4. Microservices & API Strategy Design microservices-based architectures. Define API standards, gateway patterns, and service mesh adoption. Implement containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Drive domain-driven design (DDD) and bounded contexts.
5. Data & Integration Architecture Design data platforms supporting analytics, AI/ML, and operational workloads. Define integration patterns (REST, gRPC, messaging, event streaming). Architect streaming and real-time systems (Kafka, Event Hub). Ensure data governance, lineage, and compliance.
6. Security & Compliance Embed security-by-design principles. Define IAM, network segmentation, and zero-trust architecture. Ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.
7. DevOps & Reliability Engineering Design CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments. Define observability standards (logs, metrics, tracing). Drive SRE practices including SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets.
8. Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable architectures. Mentor engineering teams. Provide executive-level technical direction.
