The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of functional expertise in SAP SD and technical capabilities to design, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize business processes while working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and cross functional SAP modules. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Lead end to end SAP SD implementations, rollouts, upgrades, enhancements, and support activities. Configure and customize SAP SD components including: Customer Master Sales Order Processing Pricing and Condition Techniques Credit Management Shipping and Transportation Billing and Invoicing Returns and Rebates Output Determination Intercompany Sales Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and prepare functional specifications. Design and review technical specifications for developments, interfaces, enhancements, forms, reports, and workflows. Work closely with ABAP developers in developing RICEFW objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows. Support integration with other SAP modules including MM, FI CO, WM EWM, TM, PP, and CRM. Perform system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing UAT, and defect resolution.
