SAP Sales and Distribution SD Techno Functional Consultant

Seeking an experienced SAP Sales and Distribution SD Techno Functional Consultant with knowledge of SAP S4 HANA and 3 to 6 years of relevant SAP SD experience to support, enhance, and drive SAP Order to Cash O2C processes across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of functional expertise in SAP SD and technical capabilities to design, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize business processes while working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and cross functional SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions aligned with organisational objectives.

Lead end to end SAP SD implementations, rollouts, upgrades, enhancements, and support activities.

Configure and customise SAP SD components

• Customer Master
• Sales Order Processing
• Pricing and Condition Techniques
• Credit Management
• Shipping and Transportation
• Billing and Invoicing
• Returns and Rebates
• Output Determination
• Intercompany Sales

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and prepare functional specifications.

Design and review technical specifications for developments, interfaces, enhancements, forms, reports, and workflows.

Work closely with ABAP developers in developing RICEFW objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.

Support integration with other SAP modules including MM, FI CO, WM EWM, TM, PP, and CRM.

Perform system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing UAT, and defect resolution.

Provide production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement recommendations.

Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, governance standards, and documentation requirements.

Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 to 6 years of relevant IT experience. Proven hands‑on expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution SAP SD, including implementation, production support, incident management, and troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve complex business and technical issues. Self‑motivated team player with a customer‑focused mindset and passion for delivering high‑quality user experiences. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
