Job summary

Soul AI, founded by IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad alumni, seeks an enthusiastic English Tutor for K10 students. This fully remote role lets you apply your domain knowledge to refine AI understanding and performance while supporting young learners.

As part of our team, you’ll annotate AI content, simulate tutoring sessions, and design prompts reflecting real K10 learning scenarios. Prior tutoring experience and strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Strong command of the K10 English curriculum and teaching methods.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous tutoring or teaching English at the K10 level preferred.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design prompts and tasks that reflect real K10 learning scenarios.
• Collaborate with AI teams to refine model performance and ensure pedagogical accuracy.
