Role Description

The English Language / Literature Educator will design and deliver engaging lessons in English language and literature for learners across relevant grade levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing curriculum-aligned lessons, facilitating classroom discussions, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The educator will collaborate with colleagues to develop instructional materials, participate in school events, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, requiring regular interaction with students, staff, and families.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in English language and literature instruction.
• Ability to create effective Lesson Planning and curriculum design aligned with learning outcomes.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English suitable for diverse learners.
• Experience in Training and mentoring learners, and supporting varied learning styles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Familiarity with student-centered and activity-based teaching methodologies.
• Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory classroom practices and continuous professional development.
• Comfort using educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
