About You and this Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to manage our team of DevOps consultants, oversee deployments, and collaborate with internal and external teams to automate and manage software infrastructure. Responsibilities include setting up cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess AWS and Azure certifications (preferred).
• Deep knowledge of AWS services (S3, EC2, API Gateway, Load balancer, Secrets Manager, Route 53, AMI, RDS, etc.).
• Knowledge of Azure Data Platform, Data Lake, Power BI, and DevOps practices.
• Expertise in Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Implement best security practices for cloud and on-premise environments, especially for healthcare and finance clients.
• Manage CI/CD processes using Github Actions, Argo CD, and other tools.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Collaborate with development teams on software specifications and testing.
• Mentor junior engineers in DevOps tasks.
• Supervise installation, configuration, and routine maintenance of solutions.
• Document processes, monitor performance, and ensure cybersecurity best practices.
• Assist clients in implementing infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Proactively identify system flaws and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Basic Qualifications

6-9 years of experience in DevOps, software development, or enterprise system integration.

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in source control, CI/CD, DevOps, and GitOps.
• Experience with Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, Git.
• Containerization and Kubernetes knowledge.
• Strong background in managing RedHat Linux systems.
• Experience with logging/monitoring tools like Datadog.
• Knowledge of databases in AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with modern web development (Vue, React, TypeScript, JavaScript) and REST APIs.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure solutions (EBS, EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, VPC, etc.).

Secondary Skills

• Responsibility and accountability for all duties, including requirements gathering, documentation, and delivery.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Ability to learn new tools and techniques quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
